Lottie Collins (1865-1910) was a British singer, dancer and actress who famed the song, "Ta Ra Ra Boom De-ay". This is a magazine photo is from the New York Recorder marked "Souvenir supplement." The NY Recorder was in print from 1891-1896, so this print is over 120 years old!
